Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your handcrafted jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are non-refundable to maintain the integrity of our artisanal process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our studio via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original Rebecca Haas Jewelry gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and send the package using a trackable carrier; we recommend purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
